Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and the settings you choose.
  • Content you submit to the cloud service: briefs, prompts, uploads, product pages you ask us to read, and the projects generated from them. Work you do locally in Hubfluencer Studio stays on your Mac unless you send it to the cloud (for example an upload, a review link, or a credit-based generation).
  • Purchase data: what you bought, when, and the billing identifiers our payment processors give us. Card details are handled by Stripe (web) and by Apple/Google via RevenueCat (mobile); we never see or store them.
  • Studio Licence data: the purchase email, licence identifier, update-window dates, and — when a licensed app checks in — a one-way hash of a machine identifier plus the app version, used to operate the seat allowance. The raw machine identifier never leaves your Mac. Your licence key itself embeds your purchase email so the app can show who it is licensed to.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar request metadata, plus privacy-respecting aggregate analytics (Umami). Analytics are disabled on licence purchase pages.

Why we process it (legal bases)

  • To provide the services you asked for — accounts, generation, rendering, licence issuance and delivery (performance of a contract).
  • To operate AI features: prompts and content you submit are processed by our AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Replicate) solely to produce your requested output (performance of a contract).
  • To run, secure, and improve the services, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits (legitimate interest).
  • To send transactional email — licence keys, receipts, account messages (performance of a contract); product news only with your consent, with an unsubscribe link in every such email.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting record-keeping.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the services: Stripe and RevenueCat (payments), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (delivery and storage), Resend (email), Umami (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and the AI providers named above for the content you ask them to process. Some processors are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We may disclose data if required by law.

Crash reporting (Hubfluencer Studio)

If Hubfluencer Studio crashes on your Mac it can send us an anonymous crash report so we can find and fix the bug. A report contains the crash stack trace, the Studio version, your macOS version, and your Mac’s hardware model — nothing else.

We never send your screen recordings, screenshots, project content, your name or email address, or your licence key. A report carries no identifier that points back to you or to your account, and file paths inside it are stripped of your macOS user name, so we cannot link a crash to a person.

Crash reporting is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Studio → Settings; switching it off stops reporting immediately and it stays off on later launches. Reports are processed on our behalf by Sentry, named among our processors above, and are kept only as long as we need them to diagnose and fix the crash.

Retention

Account and project data are kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after account deletion, except where the law requires longer (for example ten years for French accounting records covering purchases). Licence records are kept for as long as the licence can be exercised, because a licence never expires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@hubfluencer.com or using the in-product account deletion. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for sign-in and security, and cookie-less aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; signed-in areas need the essential ones.

Changes

We will post any changes here with an updated effective date, and notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice.
