  1. Studio v2.9.0

Shape a moment, hand the rest back

Adjust any part of your agent's cut yourself. It stays as you made it while your agent finishes the rest.

    New

    • Your adjustments stay yours. When you change a clip yourself (its framing, motion, blur, text or sound), Studio holds that value. Your agent keeps editing everything else, but it can’t change what you held unless you let it.
    • Keep this. Mark a choice as settled: your agent can’t change it until you Reopen it. Show what is kept in the inspector lists every held and kept choice with its values.
    • Your agent waits while you edit. The moment you start adjusting something, your agent’s edits pause, in the Agent panel and in your terminal. Choose Continue with agent when you’re done, and it picks up from your changes.
    • Clear conflicts. If an edit from your agent would change something you held or kept, Studio applies none of it and says what it would have changed. Let the agent change that one thing, approve the exact change, or keep your version. Try another version makes a copy of the project to explore in, and Try a portrait version (or landscape) makes that copy in the other shape.
    • Let agent change this. Allow the current task to change one held choice without unlocking anything else.
    • Still there tomorrow. Your held and kept choices, your direction and the task summary are saved with the project, so they’re there when you reopen it, with no agent connected.
    • New projects and release trailers get this. An older project offers Use creative direction in a copy. Explainers and Series don’t use it yet.
    • Tables in agent replies. When your agent answers with a table, such as the prices of what it’s about to generate, the Agent panel shows a real table. A wide one scrolls sideways, also with the arrow keys.

    Improved

    • Changes show at once while playing. Adjust a clip while the timeline plays and the picture changes right away, instead of about a quarter of a second later.
    • Number fields keep your place. Enter saves the value and keeps it selected, so you can type the next one, and Escape puts the old value back. Clicking into a number field selects its value, so what you type replaces it.
    • Timing that doesn’t fit is explained. A Start, Length or End beyond what the clip or the timeline allows is no longer quietly changed to the nearest value that fits. Studio keeps what you typed, says why it doesn’t fit, and saves nothing until you correct it.

    Fixed

    • Times such as 4.10 s no longer show as 4.09, in the inspector and in tools your agent builds.
    • A field you reach with Tab scrolls into view in the inspector.
    • Undo works while a switch or slider has focus.
    • In the Agent panel, separate replies from your agent no longer run together, and a step your agent stopped shows as stopped instead of spinning.
    • Your agent no longer describes a price waiting for your approval as a request being submitted.
    • Your balance activity lists Studio video and music charges as video and music.
  2. Studio v2.8.0

Your agent shoots your release trailer

Your agent films your real app for each release and you approve the trailer on your phone. Studio also learns your house style and captions any clip.

    New

    • Release trailers. Ask your coding agent for the trailer of your release, with the Release trailer prompt in Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode. It reads what changed, plans a shot for each new feature, and drives your app while Studio records it. Your real app is on screen, never a mock-up.
      • Each shot can have several takes. Studio scores them from what it sees and keeps the best one in the trailer. Every take stays in Media, labelled with its shot.
      • When your app changes, only the shots that now look different are shot again. A variant, such as a dark-mode version, is a project of its own made from the trailer.
      • The trailer reaches your phone with a chip for each shot. Tap Approve trailer, and your agent publishes only the files you approved, exactly as they are. Approving works at app.hubfluencer.com on your phone today; the iPhone and Android apps follow in their next update.
    • Your house style. Studio notices what you change after your agent’s edits: a bigger title, a longer hold, a thicker outline. Ask your agent to Update my house style and it proposes a few rules from those changes, or from what you tell it. Studio asks Update your house style? and saves nothing unless you agree. From then on, every agent session reads it.
      • It’s a plain text file in Movies ▸ Hubfluencer Studio ▸ House Style that you can edit yourself. Every version is kept, and it never leaves this Mac.
    • Captions for any clip. Most social video plays muted. Ask your agent to caption a recording, an imported video or a voiceover line. Studio transcribes the speech on this Mac, for free, and adds the words on a Captions track in time with the voice. Each caption holds a few words on at most two lines and stays inside the frame’s safe area, in landscape and vertical projects alike. When something you click would sit under a caption, the caption moves to the top of the frame. Captions are one undo step and ordinary text, so you can restyle or move any of them. Studio downloads its speech model (574 MB) the first time.
    • Vertical videos from landscape recordings. A landscape recording added to a 9:16 or square project now fills the frame instead of sitting in a band, and Zoom in on each click pans to follow what you click. Projects you already made keep their framing.
    • Music at the right level. Studio measures the loudness of every clip with sound and of every export, and tells your agent. Your agent can now set music under your voice to a chosen level in one step, and check the export.
    • Zoom in on each click in imported recordings. Import a screen recording made with another app, such as QuickTime, select it and choose Zoom in on each click. With no click data to read, Studio follows the pointer in the picture and zooms in where it stops and the screen responds, on this Mac and for free. Recordings with no pointer, such as phone recordings, zoom toward small changes on screen as before.

    Improved

    • Sharper window recordings. A window on a Retina display is now recorded at its own pixels, up to 3840 on the long side, instead of at half that. Zoomed-in exports stay crisp.
    • Cut idle pauses keeps your typing. Words typed into a field, a pointer coming to rest before a click and the screen’s small answer to it now count as something happening, even when they change only a few pixels. What you typed stays on screen a moment before the cut. A blinking text cursor, a spinner or a clock on its own is still idle.
    • New versions offered sooner. Studio looks for a new version each time you open it, and every hour while it’s open, instead of once a day. Remind Me Later still waits a day, or until you next open Studio.

    Fixed

    • Changing the speed of a recording after Cut idle pauses, with Move later clips on, no longer fails with an overlap between two of its pieces.
    • A new session of your terminal agent starts on the project you have open, not the one an earlier session was working on.
  3. Studio v2.7.0

Send a project's exports to your phone

Turn on On my phone in a project and each export of it reaches the Hubfluencer app as a cut, with the caption your agent wrote, ready to post.

    New

    • On my phone. Turn it on in a project, with the phone button beside Export, and every export of that project is sent to the Hubfluencer app on your phone as a cut: the exact file you exported, with its AI label, badge and credentials. Watch it, caption it and post it from your phone. It’s off until you turn it on, for each project. A copy of the project folder starts with it off.
      • Exports of a project on your phone go through your Hubfluencer account. Your recordings stay on this Mac.
      • Exports from your agent are sent too. Only 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 cuts go to the phone, and Studio says when one doesn’t.
      • A cut that can’t be sent yet, because you’re offline for example, is tried again by itself, and Retry sends it again.
    • A new cut after your agent’s edits. When the Agent panel changes a project that’s on your phone, Studio waits for the edits to settle for 20 seconds, then exports it the usual way and sends it. Never while you record. Turn it off in Settings ▸ Phone.
    • Notes from your phone. Pause a cut on your phone, leave a note at that moment, and it reaches your Mac. Studio lists your notes under From your phone, at their time on the cut, and marks them on the timeline. When the Agent panel uses only Studio’s tools and is free, your notes go to your agent as one request by themselves; otherwise choose Send notes to your agent. Your agent marks each note done with a short reply, and a new cut follows. Turn it off in Settings ▸ Phone.
    • Footage from your phone. Send a screen recording of your app, a face-cam take or a voice recording from the Hubfluencer app on your phone, and it lands in the project’s Media on your Mac, never on the timeline. Clips for the open project arrive by themselves, clips for another project when you open it, and clips sent to no project wait under From your phone on the Projects screen. Your agent sees the new clips and can place them. The copy on our servers is deleted as soon as your Mac takes it.
    • Captions written by your agent. Ask your agent for a caption and hashtags, and each cut takes them to your phone. You see them in the project’s phone area, and you can still change them on your phone before you post.

    Fixed

    • Your agent reads long projects. On a long project, such as an explainer with captions, the Agent panel couldn’t read the project and gave up. Your agent now reads a long timeline a stretch at a time, and captions as one summary.
  4. Studio v2.6.0

Clean up a voice in one click

Every clip with sound gets noise reduction, a rumble filter, tone, a de-esser, compression and a boost, and Enhance voice sets them for a voice in one click.

    New

    • Sound, in Inspect. Every clip with sound gets a Sound section:
      • Noise reduction keeps the voice and removes the rest, with Apple’s voice isolation, on this Mac.
      • A rumble filter removes hum and rumble.
      • De-ess softens harsh “s” sounds.
      • Bass, Clarity and Treble shape the tone.
      • Compression evens out loud and quiet moments.
      • Boost makes a quiet recording louder without clipping.
      • Everything plays as you move a slider. Noise reduction is applied when you let go, in about a second per minute of sound. It’s free.
    • Enhance voice sets all of these for a voice in one click, and Use on all clips gives every clip on the track the same sound.
    • Your agent can shape sound too. Ask it to clean up or compress the voice and it changes the same settings.

    Improved

    • Exports with AI-generated media no longer warn that they aren’t signed with Content Credentials, or ask you to reconnect Studio to sign them. Content Credentials signing will come in a later update. Until then, the AI badge marks those videos, as it did before.
  5. Studio v2.5.0

Explain something, illustrated by your agent

Record yourself explaining something and your coding agent illustrates it, in a style you choose, vertical or wide.

    New

    • Explain something. A new guide from the empty editor, in five steps you can revisit: Record, Tidy, Style, Illustrate and Finish.
      • Record your voice, with your camera if you like, or use a recording you already have. A take that stops early, because a device left or Studio quit, is kept.
      • Tidy by the words. Studio writes down what you say on this Mac, for free and without uploading anything, after a one-time download of its speech model. Select words and press Delete to cut them from the voice and the camera together, Tidy up removes ums and long pauses, Restore brings a cut back, and a misheard word can be fixed.
      • Style. Pick Blueprint, Paper or Terminal, or have your agent make your own with New style… from a description, pictures and fonts. You see the style’s examples before anything is saved, and styles move between Macs with Import style… and Export style….
      • Illustrate with the coding agent you already use, under your own subscription. It plans the moments of your talk and draws each one as an animated picture timed to your words, about half a minute each, while you watch the first ones. Each moment’s ⋯ menu redraws it with a note, puts you full frame (Show me), records a window, uses your own picture, asks for an AI picture or video (priced, and only after you approve), shows Big words, or leaves it empty. Split here and Join with previous work on the words.
      • Finish with captions, your camera as a bubble or off, music (generated, imported or none) that plays softer while you talk, the export, and a captions file (.srt).
    • Vertical or Wide, from one talk. An explainer starts Vertical 9:16 and switches to Wide 16:9 (or back) at any time in Style: its pictures are drawn again for the new frame, and Undo goes back.
    • Content Credentials for AI exports, opening soon. Exports that include media Hubfluencer generated will be signed with Hubfluencer’s Content Credentials, so anyone can check on contentcredentials.org which parts were generated. Signing isn’t open yet: until it is, those exports save unsigned as before, and Sign now can sign a recent one later. Signing uses your Hubfluencer account: if Studio asks, reconnect it once.

    Improved

    • Settings ▸ Content Credentials explains how exports are signed. The option to sign with your own certificate is gone.

    Fixed

    • Series dialogs put the cursor in their field when they open, so Return submits.
  6. Studio v2.4.1

Sturdier projects and a badge you can read

Recordings, exports and agent edits hold up in more situations, a missing file no longer locks a project, and the free-export badge is easier to read.

    New

    • Remove unused media. Free up disk space from inside Studio: Remove unused media… in Media moves the files no clip uses, now or anywhere in your undo history, to the Trash.
    • Add take to timeline. Media adds a whole take, screen, webcam and microphone, in sync.
    • Remove from list. Take a project you can no longer reach off Home. Its folder is left alone.
    • Open Previous Save. If a project’s file is damaged, Studio offers the save before it.

    Improved

    • Studio badge. The Made with Hubfluencer Studio badge on free exports is larger, so it reads at a glance on a phone.
    • Agents stay on their own project. If you open another project while your agent works, it no longer edits or exports yours, and its Undo only takes back its own edits. Undo on “Your agent edited the timeline” undoes exactly that change.
    • Agent permission per program. Studio asks once for each agent program, recognised by its signature rather than the name it gives, and the prompt names the microphone and camera too. After this update, each agent asks once more.
    • Polish from the panel. Cut idle pauses and Zoom in on each click run Studio’s own polish, whoever asks for them.
    • Lighter projects. A resting pointer no longer fills a recording’s project file.
    • New Project opens in Movies ▸ Hubfluencer Studio with a name that is free.
    • Tools read the pointer on request. A tool your agent made that follows the pointer or clicks needs one update: ask your agent to refresh it.

    Fixed

    • Over bright footage, the Studio badge and the AI-generated content label no longer fade to a pale grey: both stay dark and legible.
    • Quitting while a recording is being saved waits for the save, and quitting keeps the text you were typing.
    • A take that stops by itself, for example when the disk runs low, says why.
    • Add to timeline puts a video or picture after the end of your recording, not under it.
    • Shortening a title linked to a take trims the title alone, and a new title no longer joins the one you had selected.
    • Cut dead time keeps voiceover lines whole, and trims keep fades on the clip they belong to.
    • Frame steps land on whole frames, and Space plays or pauses once per press.
    • Long exports no longer say Studio hasn’t responded. Export includes the field you were typing in, renders exactly the project you confirmed, and says plainly when the disk is full or media is missing.
    • A leftover provenance file no longer fails an export after the render.
    • A frame taken from generated footage keeps its AI label when exported on its own.
    • The export badges keep clear of the webcam bubble.
    • A project opens even when an unused file is missing, a project copied in Finder becomes its own project, and a project changed on disk reloads.
    • Approving a generation while new requests are paused fails at once with the reason, instead of spinning for minutes. An agent’s refused approval spends nothing.
    • A paid result that didn’t download shows Retry download.
    • With One clip per line, the length limit applies to each line, not the whole script.
    • If the editor’s page crashes, Studio reloads it.
    • A malformed edit from a tool or an agent is refused instead of closing Studio.
  7. Studio v2.4.0

Every shot checked before you pay for another

Your agent checks each new still and take for stray hands, wrong speakers and drifting faces, then walks you through the fixes, free ones first.

    New

    • Quality check. Each new still and take of an episode is checked: Studio measures the dialogue it hears, the colour and black frames on your Mac, and your own Claude Code or Codex looks for stray hands, the wrong person speaking, faces that drift from their sheet, continuity breaks, extra people, framing, stray text and glitches. Checking is free, and no picture is uploaded. Turn it off in Settings ▸ Agents.
    • Archive. Archive a show to clear your shelf, or an episode to take it off its show, and bring either back whenever you like. Every show card and episode has a menu, on its … button or a right-click, with Archive, Duplicate and Move to the Trash.
    • Your agent, everywhere in Series. The Agent panel now docks beside the shelf, every show page and the Board, Shoot day and Wrap: press ⌘K and ask in plain words — “make shot 3 funnier”, “tighten the logline”, “go through the review with me”. Each show keeps one conversation for all its episodes, and your agent knows which shot you’re looking at. It can change the show, the cast and the board; its edits to a show or a character come with an Undo, and pictures and takes still wait for your approval.
    • Review, one shot at a time. The Shoot day walks you through each shot with a problem: what’s wrong, the moment to watch, and your choices with their price — free ones first (trim the bad second away, use an earlier take or the still), then a retake, a rewrite by your agent, or keep it. Your agent marks the one it would pick; you decide, with a key per choice. The retakes you ask for go out together as one batch you approve.
    • Vertical for any format. Every show format can be framed 16:9 or 9:16, and Edit show changes the frame of the episodes you make next.

    Fixed

    • An off-screen voice, such as a caller on the phone, is no longer mouthed by whoever holds the receiver: the line plays from the Voices track, filtered through the phone, radio or screen the shot names.
    • A close-up of a hand keeps it attached to its owner.
    • Every episode plays its show’s current theme song, including episodes made before the theme was set, and no longer imports it again each time it opens.
    • A show’s look describes only its treatment (medium, light, grade, grain), so it no longer puts the same objects in every shot.
    • Moving a show or episode to the Trash no longer asks you to close its episode first: Studio closes it for you.
    • Right-clicking in Studio no longer offers Reload.
  8. Studio v2.3.0

An ideas inbox, a picker for what to record, and a quicker agent

Keep every show idea in one inbox, hear an episode before you film it, pick what to record from pictures, and let your agent edit without asking first.

    New

    • Ideas inbox. Jot show ideas or whole scripts in Series for free, tag and edit them, and pitch several in a row into draft shows.
    • More show formats. Sketch comedy, Documentary and Anthology join the presets, or describe a format of your own and choose 16:9 or 9:16.
    • Voiced read-through. Hear an episode before you film it: each character reads in a stock voice, at the voice-line price, and the Board flags lines that run longer than their panel. A filmed take with sound mutes its read-through lines.
    • Subtitles and a title card. Burn subtitles into filmed shots, export them as an .srt with Export subtitles (.srt), and open each episode on a title card.
    • Shoot day controls. Shoot this scene, Reshoot outdated, and Use this take when you compare two takes.
    • Stop and cancel. Stop a writers’-room task, and cancel a paid job before its provider starts, refunded in full.
    • Choose what to record. Displays and windows appear as pictures, windows grouped by app with its icon, the frontmost app first. Type to search, or move with the arrow keys.
    • Text alignment. Align a title’s lines left, centre or right, and its block to the top, middle or bottom of its box. New titles are centred.
    • Add at the start. Put a generated video or picture before your edit: everything else moves later and the music bed stays put, in one undo.
    • Use the frame at the playhead. Start a generated video from a frame of your edit.

    Improved

    • A music bed for app demos. Generated music goes on its own Music track at a background level, ends with the picture, and ducks under your voiceover and commentary. Fit the edit is its default length.
    • One voice clip per line. A voiceover script of several lines can become one clip per line in one approval.
    • Your agent edits without asking first. Studio’s own tools no longer bring up a permission card, and edits answer in a few hundred bytes. A title takes seconds instead of a minute and a half.
    • Claude Code in the panel uses only Studio’s tools. It gets no commands, files, web or other connectors, so it never asks you to allow one, and it answers faster with less context. Turn on Settings ▸ Agents ▸ Let Claude Code use its own tools and your connectors to give it your whole Claude Code.
    • Series, end to end. Clearer next steps from the shelf to Wrap, layouts that fit narrow windows, shelf search, tags and sorting, and read-through voices that stay where you put them.
    • The smallest window. At 1000 × 700, the editor, the start screen and the transport bar all fit.

    Fixed

    • A generated job card says On the timeline once its clip is used, with Add again.
    • Dialogs no longer open behind the video preview.
    • A restored voice line stops before any other clip on the Voices track, including imported sound and another shot’s J-cut.
  9. Studio v2.2.2

Voiceover, clip speed, and Series goes to the movies

Voice your demo with ElevenLabs, play clips from 0.25× to 16×, and start a Series show from your own script.

    New

    • Voiceover. Generate ▸ Voice speaks your script in an ElevenLabs voice: pick a language, preview voices, approve the price (0.15 per started 1,000 characters), and Add to timeline drops the line at the playhead on a Voiceover track. Your agent can write one line per step and place each under its moment.
    • Clip speed. A new Speed section in the inspector plays a video or audio clip, or a whole linked recording, anywhere from 0.25× to 16×, and sound keeps its pitch. Type a length into Fit into to land a clip on time, and tick Move later clips to carry the rest of the timeline along.
    • Start a show from your script. Paste a scenario with scene headings, action and dialogue: the writers’ room casts every speaker, sizes the episode from the script’s running time, plans it into shots word for word and tells you which lines it couldn’t place.
    • Re-plan a scene. Changed the script? Re-plan one scene or the whole board, and the panels you keep keep their takes.
    • The Drama format. Establishing and insert shots, camera moves from a slow push in to a crane or handheld, and off-screen (V.O.) lines for characters who are heard but not seen.
    • Designed voices. Describe a voice and Studio designs it with ElevenLabs. It becomes the voice every shot of that character is filmed with, and a character can be voice-only.
    • Picture finish. Give a whole show a matte, a grade, grain and a vignette, in the preview and the export.
    • Choose the show’s video model. Edit the show offers Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.5 alongside MiniMax H3 Max, and H3 Max can shoot at 1080p, with the price shown per 8-second shot.

    Improved

    • The writers’ room runs on your agent. Pitches, plans and punch-ups are written by your own Claude Code or Codex, so they no longer count against a daily assist allowance.
    • Dialogue shots start on their still. H3 Max dialogue shots now open exactly on the panel’s picture, with the cast’s references and voices.
    • No stale stills. Stills and takes made before an edit are marked out of date, the newest take shows, and Shoot all waits for stills that are still being drawn.
    • Episode sound. Music ducks under dialogue, and episodes export at −16 LUFS, a common loudness for streaming.
  10. Studio v2.1.3

Pick your agent's model, keep the conversation

Choose your agent's model and thinking level from the Agent tab, and each project's conversation survives a restart.

    New

    • Model and Thinking pickers. The Agent tab’s composer offers your connected agent’s own model and thinking settings. Changes apply between turns, and Studio remembers them for each agent.
    • Conversations that stay. Each project keeps its agent conversation on this Mac, messages and actions included, and picks it back up after a restart. New conversation starts fresh, and conversations idle for 90 days are cleared.
  11. Studio v2.1.2

    A three-hour timeline

Long recordings now fit on the timeline whole: projects hold up to three hours.

    New

    • Three hours per project. Add to timeline and drag and drop now place a long recording whole, instead of stopping at five minutes. Series episodes keep their five-minute length.

    Improved

    • A timeline that scales. The ruler counts in hours on long projects, zoom still reaches about ten seconds across, and filmstrips spread across long clips.
  12. Studio v2.1.1

    Quit any time

Studio quits normally during the welcome tour, and the Projects screen stops showing a stray agent message.

    Fixed

    • Quit during the welcome. ⌘Q, the Dock and logging out now quit Studio while the welcome tour or the statistics question is open. An unanswered question simply comes back next launch.
    • A calm Projects screen. Studio no longer greets you with “Continue editing a project to use this action.” every time it opens.
  13. Studio v2.1.0

    Drive Studio from your terminal

Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode can now run Studio from your terminal, and the Agent tab connects with nothing extra to install.

    New

    • Studio, from your terminal. Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode can now open and create projects, import files, record, edit, export and generate in Studio without you touching the window. Set it up once from Settings ▸ Agents: Set Up Agents Now, or Copy and Open Terminal to run the one command yourself. It registers Studio with every agent it finds and installs a skill that teaches them the ropes.
    • You stay in charge. Studio asks before an agent connects (or allow them always on this Mac), shows what the agent changed, and Undo agent changes rolls back its edits in one go.
    • Takes that polish themselves. When an agent records, it can crop to the action, mark where to look, cut the idle stretches and zoom to what changed.
    • A spending fence for agents. An agent can approve a paid generation only at the price you agreed to in its conversation, and never past a daily limit you set in Settings ▸ Agents (10.00 to start). Set it to zero to approve every charge yourself.

    Improved

    • Nothing extra to install. The Agent tab now connects to your own Claude Code or Codex with a connector built into Studio, so there’s no Node.js or npm to set up. Install for me fetches the agent if you don’t have it yet, and Codex can sign in from inside Studio.

    Fixed

    • Agents in more places. Setup now finds agents installed through mise, pnpm or Bun, and shows the sign-in command with the path it found.
    • Long turns, no false alarms. A long agent turn no longer claims Studio has stopped responding.
  14. Studio v2.0.2

    Crisper outlines

Outlined text reads cleanly, panels show when there's more below, and Series keeps track of episodes that went missing.

    New

    • Missing episodes. If an episode’s folder is deleted or moved outside Studio, its show marks it Missing from this Mac and offers to remove it from the show.

    Improved

    • Legible outlines. Text outlines now sit outside the letters, so outlined titles and captions stay crisp. Product ad headlines get a dark outline that reads over bright photos.
    • “More below” fades. Task and tool panels fade at the bottom while there’s more to scroll.
    • Approve, explained. In a generation review, the note on what Approve does stays right next to the button.
    • Tidier layout. Tiled windows reflow properly, the System audio track label fits, and Stop & edit scrolls your saved take into view.
  15. Studio v2.0.1

    A smoother first take

macOS permission prompts stay out of your recordings, and Studio now installs from a proper drag-to-Applications window.

    Improved

    • A proper installer. The download opens as an installer window: drag Studio to Applications and you’re set.
    • Clearer restart. The recording bar’s restart button now reads Keep & restart, because the take you leave behind stays in Media.
    • Quieter exports. A finished export now just says it’s exported, without a confusing note about unsigned Content Credentials.

    Fixed

    • Permission prompts stay out of your take. When macOS asks about screen recording just as a take begins, Studio waits, drops that moment, and starts a fresh countdown once you allow it.
  16. Studio v2.0.0

A new Studio, built around your agent

Studio 2.0 is rebuilt from scratch: one workspace, an agent that edits and builds you tools, price-first generation and Series.

Studio 2.0 is a new app, built from the ground up. It records the thing you made, lets the coding agent you already use cut it, and when the control you need doesn’t exist yet, your agent builds it. Recording, editing and export happen on your Mac, and they’re free.

Prefer to do it yourself? Every edit works by hand, with undo on every move. Studio 2.0 needs macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon. It’s a clean start, so it doesn’t open projects from Studio 1.x.

    New

    • One workspace. Your picture in the middle, the timeline below, Media and Agent on the left, Inspect and your saved tools on the right. Projects home remembers your work, and every edit autosaves.
    • Record with every track separate. Capture a display or a window with camera, microphone and system audio on their own tracks and one shared clock. Preview your screen and camera and test your microphone first, then use the floating bar to pause, restart or Stop & edit while you work in another app.
    • Include Studio, when you want it. Studio stays out of your recordings by default. Turn on Include Studio for a making-of; Include Studio audio is a separate switch.
    • Add commentary. Trim your demo, then choose Record → Add commentary: the edit plays muted while you talk, and you can Keep take or Retake this section.
    • Webcam styles. Circle, Oval, Rounded, Square or Wide, in three sizes and four corners. Restyle a kept camera clip from Inspect → Overlay style without recording again.
    • A real inspector. Crop, position, scale, rotation, opacity, masks, blur regions, cursor styling, text and shapes, audio gain and fades, with keyframes on the values that move.
    • Your agent, on the timeline. Connect Claude Code or Codex in the Agent tab, or press ⌘K to Ask your agent. It looks at your frames, cuts the waiting, zooms into the clicks and titles each step, and every edit lands on the timeline for you to tweak.
    • Tools your agent builds. Missing a control? Ask for it, or right-click a clip and choose Build a tool for this clip. Your agent writes the panel, it previews live, and nothing changes until you Keep tool and apply it.
    • Generate, price first. Images, MiniMax H3 Max video segments of 5 to 15 seconds from a still, and original instrumental music from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. Each request shows its price and waits for your OK, and results arrive as ordinary clips in Media.
    • Create a product ad. Start from one product photo: Studio writes three headlines you can change, you pick a look and a length, and Build my draft · free lays it out before you review the video and music price.
    • Series. Pitch a show in one line and the writers’ room drafts a world, a look and a cast. Give each character a face, outfits and a screen-tested voice, lock the sheet, plan the episode on the Board, watch the read-through as an animatic on your timeline, then Shoot all at once. Score the episode and generate a theme song, in one of twelve looks.
    • Export on your Mac. A 1080p MP4, landscape or vertical, rendered by the same engine as the preview. Free exports carry a small Studio badge; the Studio licence removes it.
    • A welcome tour and a sample project. A short tour on first launch, and a finished sample to take apart from Help ▸ Open Sample Project.

    Improved

    • Money, not credits. Your balance and every price show in EUR, USD or GBP, and Add Funds opens right inside Studio. If a request costs more than you have, the review offers to add what’s missing.
    • A licence that includes generation. Buying the Studio licence now adds 10.00 of generation balance to your account.
    • Gentler licence checks. A licence check that fails can no longer delete your key, and a renewal key applies at once from its link or from Replace or update key.
    • Privacy, your call. Crash reports are explained on first launch, and anonymous usage statistics are strictly opt-in. Change either in Settings ▸ Privacy.
    • Contact Support from Studio. Help ▸ Contact Support… sends your message, with optional diagnostics and a screenshot.

A licence that comes with generation

Every Studio licence purchase now adds 10.00 of generation balance to your account, in your own currency.

    New

    • 10.00 of generation, included. Buying the Studio licence adds 10.00 to your account balance in your currency, once. It lands on the account the licence belongs to, or the one that matches your confirmed email, and licences bought earlier get it too. A full refund takes it back.
    • One support inbox. Messages from Studio’s Help menu, the web app and the site’s contact form all reach the same inbox, and replies come back by email.
    • A new hubfluencer.com. The homepage now shows every workflow with real Studio footage, with generation prices in your currency.

    Improved

    • Checkout matches Studio. Buying the licence from Studio opens checkout in the same currency Studio showed you.
    • Terms and Privacy in French. Both pages now match how the product works, and read in French too.
    • No advertising pixels. The Meta Pixel is gone, and analytics stay off the purchase pages.

    Money, not credits

Your balance is now money in EUR, USD or GBP, prices follow what generation really costs, and narration gets better voices.

    New

    • A balance in your own currency. Credits are gone. Your account now holds a prepaid balance in EUR, USD or GBP, and every price shows in it. Existing credits were converted at their full value, 0.80 each.
    • Top up what you like. On the web, add funds through Stripe Checkout with a preset or any whole amount from 10 to 500. On iPhone and Android, top-up presets go through the App Store and Google Play.
    • Expressive narration. In the cloud Editor’s voice settings, choose Expressive and the narrator performs cues like [excited] written into your script, at the same price as Standard.
    • Voices for your language. The voice picker opens on your project’s language, with Recommended voices, the wider Voice Library and a gender filter.

    Improved

    • Prices that follow cost. Every price now comes from what the provider actually charges, with one fixed markup, rounded up to the next 0.05, and it’s the same number in EUR, USD and GBP. A default 8-second cloud Editor scene is 1.15, a Short 1.60, narration 0.15 per started 1,000 characters and music 0.25 a minute. Renders stay free.
    • MiniMax H3 Max by default. H3 Max is now the default video model, with a faster, half-price H3 Max Turbo tier for drafts.
    • Tax handled for you. Web and Studio checkouts are sold through Stripe as merchant of record, so the VAT or sales tax for your country is worked out and handled at checkout. EUR and GBP prices include VAT; USD prices add tax where it applies.
    • The licence in your currency. The Studio licence is priced in EUR, USD or GBP, the same number in each.
    • Better default voices. ElevenLabs retired the voices we used as defaults, so each language now starts on a voice verified for it, and narration uses more natural speech settings.
    • Hubfluencer MCP 1.0. The MCP server quotes, caps and reports spend in your account’s currency.

    Brief, edit, post

Plan the video before you cut it, keep your post together after, and generate bridge shots with MiniMax H3 Max.

    New

    • Brief and Post. Write down the app, the feature, the benefit and the call to action before you edit, then keep your post’s variants, cover and delivery file together once it’s exported.
    • MiniMax H3 Max. A new video model for generated shots, including a bridge shot between two cuts that starts on the last frame of one and lands on the first frame of the next.
    • Animated intros. A kinetic title intro built from exactly the words you choose.
    • Companion sync. Opt a project in and see it, with a rendered preview, in the Hubfluencer companion app.

    Improved

    • Pick the canvas first. Choose 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:3 before a new project’s timeline opens.
    • Licences that look after themselves. A licence bought without an account now checks in on its own, so a renewal arrives without signing in.
    • Calmer forms. Every sheet in Studio got the same tidy layout, and the opening scene shows a canvas while it generates.

Your account and licence, in the web app

Buy the Studio licence without an account, recover a lost key, and sign in with two-factor, all in the Hubfluencer web app.

    New

    • Buy Studio in the web app. The Studio licence is sold at app.hubfluencer.com/buy, no account needed. Your key arrives by email, and if you lose it, the recovery page sends it again to your purchase email.
    • Manage your licence. Signed in, the web app shows your licence, its key and the Macs using it, and lets you renew. The iPhone and Android apps show your licence too; buying and renewing happen on the web.
    • Download from the homepage. hubfluencer.com now downloads Studio directly. The waitlist is gone.
    • Two-factor sign-in. Protect your account with an authenticator app and backup codes.

    Improved

    • Everything account in one place. Sign-up, sign-in with a password or an emailed code, password reset and email confirmation now all live in the web app, and old links take you there.
    • Approve agents in the web app. When a coding agent asks to connect to your account, you approve it in the web app.
    • Safer sessions. On the web your session stays in its browser tab and ends on the server when you sign out. Deleting your account asks for an emailed code, and Google, GitHub and Apple sign-ins stay tied to the account you signed in with.

Agent tokens, kept in their lane

Tokens you give an agent can read and generate, but can never manage your account.

    Improved

    • Agent tokens can’t touch your account. Access tokens default to reading and generating, and no token can be given control of your account, tokens, billing or profile.
    • Real footage first. The Hubfluencer MCP server and the developer portal now start from the real-footage path: upload your recordings, arrange them and render, with generated scenes as optional extras.
  22. Studio v1.0.0

    Hello, Studio

The first public Studio: record your app on your Mac and let your own coding agent cut it into a launch video.

Studio’s first public release: a native Mac app that records the app you built and lets the coding agent you already use do the editing.

    New

    • Record your app. Capture a window or your whole screen with microphone and camera, or let your agent drive the iOS Simulator or a built-in browser while Studio records.
    • The Director. Ask your own Claude Code or Codex, from a panel inside Studio, to trim the take, zoom to the clicks and title each step.
    • A finished look out of the box. Device frames picked for each clip, a vertical cut that follows your cursor, keystroke overlays, and captions in any language your Mac can transcribe.
    • Export your way. Landscape and vertical MP4, HEVC, ProRes and GIF in one go, plus a share link anyone can watch without signing in.
    • Free, with a badge. Studio is free to record, edit and export. Free exports carry a small Studio badge; the Studio licence removes it.
  23. Cloud

    The companion app, refocused

The mobile and web app now leads with reviewing your videos, and Studio downloads from one link.

    Improved

    • Review first. The companion app’s home now leads with what needs your attention and points you to Studio on your Mac and to connecting your coding agent. Starting a new video opens the editor rather than Autopilot.
    • One download link. hubfluencer.com/download/studio always fetches the latest notarized Studio.
    • Sign in sooner. You can sign in before confirming your email address.
    • More time to connect an agent. The code you approve when connecting an agent now lasts 20 minutes instead of 10.
