How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Hubfluencer account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

⚠️ Important:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your videos, settings, and data will be permanently removed.

Deleting Your Account from the Mobile App

  1. 1 Open the Hubfluencer app on your iOS or Android device
  2. 2 Navigate to the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar)
  3. 3 Scroll down to the 'Account' section
  4. 4 Tap on 'Delete Account'
  5. 5 Read the warning message carefully
  6. 6 Type 'DELETE' in the confirmation field
  7. 7 Tap 'Confirm Deletion' to permanently delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • All generated videos and video history
  • Your account settings and preferences
  • Connected social media accounts
  • Subscription and billing information
  • All prompts and generated content
  • Credit balance and transaction history

Alternative: Data Export

Before deleting your account, you may want to download your data. You can request a data export from the Settings page in the app.

The export will include your videos, account information, and activity history in a downloadable format.

Reactivation

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. You would need to create a new account with a different email address if you wish to use Hubfluencer again in the future.
